I was referred to yoga because of back and neck tightness/pain. I knew nothing about yoga so I searched the internet and found Mikky. A week later we met for my first session and it was amazing! I didn’t know what to expect as this was my first time doing yoga but she is fun, thoughtful, and really tries to explain everything so you understand every exercise being performed. Right away, I could feel myself being less tense. Her commitment to helping you and working at your comfort level is amazing. I highly recommend her and look forward to the next session.
