Habit Trackers helped me grow. Hands down.
There's definitely magic in getting crystal clear, setting daily micro intentions, then writing it all down on paper. Seriously. When was the last time you considered what your ideal life looked like? What do you value? Which things do you want to enjoy more of in everyday life? Day after day and month after month new micro habits add up! Of course you'll still have good days and not so good days, but you might start to see patterns and proof that we don't stay down for too long if we get our focus back on healthy routine.
In short, using a simple accountability tool like a Habit Tracker and taking the small amount of time to check in every day is transformational! At the end of each month, look back at how things went and refresh accordingly.
Originally I started with a more basic habit tracker I found online but over the course of a few months I realized I wanted more features (like a place to rate the day, and determine a theme of the month, etc.). So I created my own version and began reading more (I was motivated enough to read 45 books in 2018!), drinking hot lemon water in the morning, taking vitamins, reaching out to friends and family and feeling more connected.
